Humanitarian response: Meeting with NGOs, charitable organizations, and volunteers

Yesterday, we hosted a special meeting with leaders of Zaporizhzhia’s NGOs and charitable organizations— those individuals who provide crucial assistance to citizens: responding to urgent needs after rocket attacks, addressing humanitarian issues, and offering psychological support or shelter.

It was an incredibly warm and productive gathering, where we not only felt a sense of productive partnership but also understanding and friendship.

This meeting provided us with the opportunity to express our deep gratitude to all our partners for their invaluable support. Moreover, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering effective and harmonious cooperation between local authorities and volunteer communities.

Members of charitable foundations shared updates on their current projects and exchanged views on how to further develop intersectoral partnerships to better support Zaporizhzhia and its citizens.

As a result, the meeting underscored the importance of collaborative efforts and mutual assistance for the development of our city.
