Lifesaving aid: Ukrainian Action donates medical supplies and protective gear

This is not the first time we have received very valuable assistance from the Ukrainian Action charity. Their regular donations not only change lives of people in Zaporizhzhia but also save them.

Thanks to the new assistance, the City Accident and Emergency Hospital received medical supplies, canes, walkers, and crutches that help patients to return to active life after injuries and surgeries. These accessories are especially important for people undergoing treatment in the hospital’s orthopedic department.

The video below shows the first patient who started using a walker supplied by Ukrainian Action.

Additionally, volunteers delivered safety equipment for the City’s Emergency and Rescue Service, including decontamination suits, balaclavas for helmets, breathing filters, and protective gloves. Municipal workers need this gear to protect themselves while responding to emergency calls and working in dangerous conditions.
