City Development Institute launches a new training initiative for municipal specialists

Yesterday, the City Development Institute of Zaporizhzhia organized the meeting with specialists from various city departments, municipal institutions, and enterprises as part of our new educational initiative, the Project Workshop. Now, we’re thrilled to share some highlights.

In our first gathering, we established productive communication to acquaint ourselves with municipal specialists and exchange insights on project experiences. What began as an introductory meeting quickly evolved into a vibrant dialogue, providing everyone with a platform to share their expertise and aspirations.

We delved into the fundamentals of project management, addressed questions, and outlined prospects for collaboration and shared learning within the Project Workshop.

Together with our peers, we concluded that hands-on training would empower workshop participants to draft specific projects aimed at city development and recovery across different sectors: education, healthcare, social services, employment, and youth policy.

Furthermore, through open discussion, we revealed diverse experiences and approaches to project activities. This promises to be a valuable resource for future collaborations and mutual enhancement.
