Project Workshop: Learning together to empower city projects

The first training session of our Project Workshop, attended by specialists from various city council departments and municipal institutions, was a resounding success.

During this training, our expert Vitalii Lysenko guided us through essential aspects of project management and fundraising. He uncovered the intricacies of project activities in securing grant funding, shared key requirements for grant projects, and provided a comprehensive checklist for successful proposal writing.

Throughout the session, we explored the distinctions between civic initiatives, projects of NGOs, and community projects. Additionally, we analyzed the project landscape in Ukraine and learned how to find the right grant competition to increase our chances for success.

This first training session was incredibly fruitful and inspiring for both participants and organizers.
