Training in the Project Workshop: Developing a project proposal
We’re thrilled to continue our engaging training on project management and fundraising for municipal specialists, a.k.a. Project Workshop.
Yesterday, we deepened our understanding of project management tools and learned how to prepare for the implementation of grant projects.
During this session, we focused on working with project proposals: we reviewed their typical structure, delved into the main components of project descriptions, and discussed how to organize your work while completing an application form.
Furthermore, we explored the new grant competition under the USAID “Dream and Act” program. With the support of our expert, we conducted a thorough analysis of stakeholders and formed a project team to ensure successful implementation.
The most valuable part of the training was insights on formulating project goals, objectives, and expected outcomes for the application, as well as the proper description of project activities according to the grantor’s requirements.
The City Development Institute of Zaporizhzhia is delighted to witness the interest and engagement of our colleagues in the Project Workshop events. Together, we are cultivating a professional community dedicated to the development of our city.
