Strengthening the city together: new Points of Invincibility equipped with power generators from Poland

Three 30 kW generators, donated by Fundacja Via Stella in February, have been installed in the city’s emergency points.

The generators serve to strengthen Points of Invincibility, where people can access electricity, heating, mobile communications, and the Internet in any emergency. Deployed at public facilities by city or regional state administration as well as the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Points of Invincibility are the first places in a neighbourhood to refer for help and shelter. Because Zaporizhzhia is a big city close to the front line, local authorities, with support from international partners, continue to expand the network of such emergency points to ensure access to them in every city district.

The generators donated by Fundacja Unii Kredytowych “Via Stella” enhance the Points of Invincibility in the Khortytskii district of Zaporizhzhia city, with a population of more than 100,000 residents.
