Zaporizhzhia receives aid from Ukrainian Red Cross: generators, heaters, and more

The Ukrainian Red Cross has once again demonstrated its concern for the citizens of Zaporizhzhia by delivering essential aid.

The humanitarian association provided generators, heaters, microwaves, washing machines, and drying machines to ease the lives of citizens during these challenging times.

The generators were delivered to the City Heating Networks Concern and VELTUM enterprise. These powerful devices will ensure the operation of critical infrastructure in the event of power outages, which are likely to occur again due to Russian rocket attacks on the energy sector.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Ukrainian Red Cross for their assistance and unwavering support for our city.

Special thanks are also due to the Department of Social Protection of the Zaporizhzhia City Council, the City’s Territorial Centre for Social Services, and the youth football club “Metallurg Zaporizhzhia” for their assistance in transporting and unloading the supplies. Our collective efforts ensured the swift and efficient transfer of this vital cargo.
