Vulnerable citizens received aid from UNICEF

International organizations continue helping our city to address the most urgent needs of vulnerable people.

This time, residents of the Dniprovskyi district in Zaporizhzhia have received hygiene kits from UNICEF Ukraine.

To bring help directly to those in need, the Department of Social Protection of the Population collected requests for support from persons with disabilities, families in difficult life situations and large families. Then the relief supplies were delivered to each recipient. Families with children also received UNICEF’s baby hygiene kits.

Providing aid to the most vulnerable populations is a priority in our humanitarian response. Together with international partners, we work to reach children, families, internally displaced persons and other people who need additional care and support in wartime.
