Project Workshop
In 2024, the City Development Institute of Zaporizhzhia launched the pilot initiative, Project Workshop. It is a series of seminars on project management, fundraising, and grant writing. The program is tailored for specialists from the City Council, municipal companies, and other public institutions.
In its first year, approximately 60 specialists underwent training through the Project Workshop.
